I had gone through a ball-making phase, so they each got a ball like this one:
They turned out so well! They even have rattles inside. But they didn't seem like quite enough. That's where this pattern came in:
I picked this up at a great shop in Tahoe, Fabrics Unlimited. I haven't tried the yo-yo puppy yet, but the stuffed puppy I have made twice now.
This pattern is mechanically challenging, but well-written.
